My pursuit of my Achan’s dream – the 3rd trip – Nov 2017 – Nag Tibba Trek, 9914 ft.

I had already fallen in love with the mountains and now I began utilizing my weekends and holidays for small treks in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand to improve my fitness. I went for this beautiful trek Nag Tibba near Mussoorie again with India Hikes. From Summit I could get to see a 100-degree view of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges such as Swargrohini, Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, Srikantha & Gangotri. Sunset view from the campsite was just amazing and one of its kind.
Himanshu Thapa our trek leader was a story teller too like Achan, he created the curiosity in me to be an explorer & experience life thru travelling & trekking. His suggestion about food joints in Dehradun was a treat for my taste buds.
YES, Became a big time foodie as well thru my travel.

Thapa, I will always be happy to be called CRAZY…
Star Gazing from Camp1 at night for the first time made be remember the school time rhyme Twinkle Twinkle little star……
