To Trek means is to go on a long arduous journey on foot

Treks are beneficial for Mind, Body, and Soul. It challenges the mental aspects of an adventure fanatic.
Key Focus on Preparation
- Being Mentally Tough
- Physical Fitness via incorporating exercises in the form of Strength Training, Running, Cycling, Swimming & Walking – Do exercise which you enjoy the most. Also mix up your Terrain and walk in uneven surfaces, stairs, and hills & soft runs on greens
- Fuel your body well by hydrating well and eating healthy.
- Understand you trip grade – Duration, Altitude, Weather etc
- Preparing your gears – Trek Bag, Shoes, Shoes, Warm clothes, Trekking Poles, Medicine Kit etc.
- Go at a comfortable pace while on trek
- Practice carrying your bag pack before the trek
- Please ensure you have tried the footwear to avoid blisters
- Read about the terrain of the trek your planning to do
My biggest learning was that you enjoy trekking if you are fitter.
I also covered about various terrains, different places of trekking along with the benefits of trekking in my 30 mins session.
