My pursuit of my Achan’s dream – 27th Trip – Pin bhaba Trek & Spiti Trip -13th July to 20th July 2019
Altitude 13674 ft

Pin bhaba trek is the grandest cross over trek I have done so far. I had planned this trek in such a way that I had kept few days after my trek to explore Spiti on my own. It was the best decision.
We witnessed lush green mountains, rocky paths along as well as barren lands. The views are spectacular & it makes you feel it is a new trek every day. We spent two days Phutisrang campsite which was the best part of the trek. Pin valley is very colourful and the pass cross in itself is challenging. This trail has very less civilisation and is full of surprises till the time you reach Mudh in Spiti. Karan our TL used to play flute & it was a joyful moment for us
After the trek I was happy to relax & explore Spiti at my own pace. Staying at a home stay and learning the culture was amazing. Even the bike rides with on Spiti roads were thrilling. Most of the evenings were spent in enjoying the music played by bands across various cafes. Regular visits to Monastery & star gazing at night had become part of my routine. I had spent a week here but for me it was not enough.
Takeaways were
W of Growth Mindset I learnt was questioning in every situation what can I learn from this.
